NEW YORK, June 18, 2020: Morgan Lewis represented Astoria Project Partners LLC and Astoria Project Partners II LLC in the sale of 100% of the indirect interests in Astoria Energy I and 55% of the indirect interests in Astoria Energy II, two 615-megawatt dual-fuel combined cycle generating facilities located in the Astoria section of Queens, New York.
