HOUSTON, April 6, 2020: Morgan Lewis represented Trevi Finanziaria Industriale in the sale of its oil and gas division to Megha Engineering & Infrastructures (MEIL Group).
Based in Italy, Trevi provides foundation engineering services to clients in more than 80 countries worldwide. India-based MEIL Group is a developer of global infrastructure projects in the sectors of water, hydrocarbons, highways, energy, electric mobility, and manufacturing.
