NEW YORK, January 28, 2015 - Morgan Lewis represented the underwriters led by Deutsche Bank Securities, Citigroup Global Markets, JP Morgan Securities and Morgan Stanley in the successful $229 million U.S. IPO of independent tanker company, Euronav NV, which was completed today.
Euronav is the first Belgian company whose ordinary are shares simultaneously traded on the New York Stock Exchange in New York and the NYSE Euronext in Brussels, without an American Depositary Receipt facility, and one of the few Belgian companies listed here.
The New York and Brussels based Morgan Lewis teams that handled the transaction included Corporate & Business Transactions partners Steve Farrell and Finn Murphy, Tax partner Richard Zarin, Corporate & Business Transactions of counsel Jim Salzman, and associates Dan Palmadesso and Dan Landy.
