HOUSTON, June 4, 2018: Morgan Lewis today welcomes Jeff S. Dinerstein, a veteran corporate lawyer with an extensive background in representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, continuing the robust expansion of the firm’s Houston office.
Mr. Dinerstein, who joins Morgan Lewis as a partner from another global law firm, has advised clients on a wide variety of M&A transactions, including the representation of private equity funds and their portfolio companies. He frequently represents companies and their owners in change-of-control transactions involving either financial or strategic buyers. Additionally, he has counseled clients on numerous contractual issues, focusing on, among other things, master service agreements, supply contracts, and distribution agreements.

In addition to working with energy and oil field services clients, Mr. Dinerstein has represented a broad range of companies, including those involved in the areas of engineering, chemicals, online education, retail, healthcare, and telemedicine. He has handled transformational transactions in a number of sectors, including a multibillion dollar beverage industry deal.
