NEW YORK, December 6, 2019: Morgan Lewis is ranked #4 for client service in BTI Consulting’s Client Service A-Team 2020 report and is one of only three firms to have been named by BTI among the top 30 Client Service Elite law firms since the annual survey began in 2002.
In BTI Client Service A-Team 2020: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance, BTI evaluates firms in four quadrants: Client Investment, Client Infrastructure, Client Communication, and Client Magnets. In addition, this year BTI introduced the Client Investment Wild Card category, which ranks firms based on two new client expectations: skill in dealing with complexity and delivering a uniform experience.
To compile its report, BTI identified 650 law firms that serve Fortune 1000 companies, of which 340 are singled out by name. Only 4.6% of the firms—the Best of the Best—make the BTI Client Service 30.
