Collective Actions in the EU: The Past, the Present, the Future, Practical Law

Collective redress has been a recurring source of assessment and initiatives in the European Union in the last couple of decades, and as of yet there is no fully fledged EU collective redress system. This article discusses the legislation as it stands today and examines the latest proposal for a system from the European Commission, the European Parliament, and the Council of the EU.
