Wellness Programs: Are They on Life Support? Responding to the Final Regulations

On May 29, the Tri-Agencies (DOL, HHS, and Treasury) issued the final regulations on wellness programs. The regulations expand the requirements under the original HIPAA nondiscrimination rules and incorporate the wellness program provisions under the Affordable Care Act.

On June 13, 2013, Morgan Lewis presented a one-hour webinar which discussed the following topics:
