Aalia N. Maan’s practice focuses on advising clients with respect to restrictive covenant, trade secret, and unfair competition law and assisting with disputes arising under such laws when individuals change employment, including prosecuting and defending claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, intentional interference, unfair competition, and breach of fiduciary duties. Aalia also advises clients on drafting enforceable restrictive covenants.
Additionally, Aalia previously served as an associate at a global law firm where she represented product manufacturers, retailers, and construction contractors in product liability and mass tort litigation matters.
