As a litigator, Ariane Baczynski focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes. She represents corporate policyholders in insurance coverage disputes involving matters such as management, product, and environmental liability claims. Ariane also represents financial institutions in securities litigation and class actions, recently focusing on matters involving RMBS indenture trustees. Ariane counsels clients on business and risk management issues, such as insurance policy renewals and due diligence matters during corporate acquisitions and other transactions.
Ariane maintains an active pro bono practice and serves as the vice chair of the Boston office Pro Bono Committee. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ariane clerked for Jerome J. Niedermeier, magistrate judge of the US District Court for the District of Vermont.
