Abigail Jacobs concentrates her practice on structured finance and securitizations, representing financial institutions, issuers, underwriters, and other clients in a variety of financings, both public and private. While in law school, Abigail externed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Corporation Finance and Office of Mergers and Acquisitions.
