Adam A.M. Kulewicz represents institutional lenders and corporate borrowers in a variety of US and cross-border lending transactions. Adam has experience in secured credit facilities, leveraged financing, cross-border financing, asset-based lending, and other general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Adam was an associate at another international law firm. In law school, Adam served as article editor for the Review of Banking and Financial Law.
Before becoming a lawyer, Adam was a specialist in European furniture and sculpture at Christie’s in London and New York. A dual citizen of the United States and France, Adam is fluent in French.
