Adela Baker

Adela Baker advises clients on US tax matters and commercial considerations related to the efficient structuring and implementation of transactions and business relationships. Adela assists registered and private fund sponsors with the tax aspects of fund formation matters and counsels institutional investors, including US tax-exempt investors, in their capacity as private fund investors. She also assists with mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, among other corporate transactions, and with federal and state tax controversies.
