Alec D. Whipple
Alec Whipple is part of a team that advises clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including litigation and counseling. Alec helps employers and management resolve issues including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations.
In law school, Alec was a notes editor for the William & Mary Business Law Review and was the senior training director for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. He also represented families in the Special Education Advocacy Clinic and served as a Constitutional Law teaching assistant.
Before attending law school, Alec worked as a healthcare consultant, assisting government agencies with the design and implementation of state health coverage programs.
