Alexandra Rotar
Alexandra Rotar counsels major international companies investing and operating in energy and sustainable development projects, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures in the energy sector and major infrastructure projects. She also advises on complex commercial agreements and compliance with corporate, industrial, and environmental regulations affecting companies doing business in the energy sector. Alexandra is admitted in England & Wales only, and is qualified to practice in Russia.
Alexandra is a longstanding member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN) and previously served as the AIEN regional director for the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) region. Alexandra was the winner of Euromoney’s Expert Guides’ Europe Rising Star Awards for the Energy and Natural Resources category in 2021.
