Alexis Bosilovic
Alexis Bosilovic represents and counsels employers facing a wide variety of employment issues including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and violations of restrictive covenants. Alexis’s practice involves representing clients before the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, Offices of Human Rights, and state and federal courts.
A well-rounded litigator with experience in trial and arbitration proceedings, Alexis regularly litigates cases involving claims of discrimination and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal and state laws.
Along with her active litigation practice, Alexis also manages internal investigations on behalf of private and governmental entities, drafts and negotiates employment and severance agreements, and assists employers in updating their handbooks and policies.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Alexis was an associate at a global labor and employment law firm.
