Allison Heimann advises tax-exempt organizations on a range of issues including formation, exemption, unrelated business income tax, and the private foundation rules. Prior to joining this team, she practiced as a trust and estates attorney, advising high-net-worth individuals and families on tax, estate, and philanthropic planning matters. Allison has also advised financial institutions on various matters relating to their fiduciary and other obligations in the private client context, including on a client secondment.
