Allison Wahl
Allison Wahl concentrates her practice on cybersecurity, incident response, and privacy counseling across a variety of industries. Allison regularly advises clients in connection with complex and time-sensitive cybersecurity incidents, including coordinating response efforts and advising clients on compliance with evolving state and federal privacy laws and regulatory frameworks. She also advises and assists clients in responding to state and federal investigations and enforcement actions, as well as on broader privacy and data security compliance matters.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Allison managed a high volume of data incident response matters, as well as regulatory defense and privacy compliance work. Her experience enables her to help deliver practical, business-oriented guidance in fast-moving situations involving legal, operational, and reputational considerations.
During law school, Allison worked in the Veterans Legal Clinic, where she represented former service members in matters involving corrections to their military records. She also served as a project coordinator for the Healthcare Advocacy Pro Bono Project and as a community outreach coordinator for the Domestic Violence Awareness Coalition and Veterans Advocacy Organization.
