Amber Grant focuses her practice on trademark and copyright enforcement, prosecution, and counseling. Amber works with companies across multiple industries, including entertainment, technology, retail, and consumer products, to manage various aspects of both their domestic and global intellectual property (IP) portfolios. Amber also maintains an active pro bono practice. In 2024, Amber's note “’Free’ Speech: Reframing the Rogers Test to Adequately Balance Rights in a Rapidly Evolving Digital Era” was published in Volume 76, Issue 3 of the Federal Communications Law Journal.
