Amin Labbate

Amin Labbate defends and counsels employers on labor and employment matters, including single-plaintiff and class action litigation. His practice includes workplace discrimination and retaliation, complex wage and hour litigation, representative actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act, and workforce-related counseling. In law school, Amin externed at the US District Court for the Northern District of California and served as a law clerk in the Civil Division of the US Attorney’s Office.
