Amy Phan Taylor handles complex workplace matters before local, state, and federal agencies. She navigates all stages of litigation involving allegations of discrimination, failure to accommodate, harassment, retaliation, unfair competition, and wage-and-hour issues in both state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies. Additionally, she defends employers against wrongful termination lawsuits and employment-related torts, including negligence, defamation, false light, privacy invasion, and fraudulent misrepresentation. Amy also counsels employers on issues related to leaves of absence, accommodations, and workplace investigations involving sensitive employment matters.
