Andrea N. Threet supports a broad range of employment matters, with a focus on investigating sensitive workplace misconduct claims, often on the heels of a crisis, and examining and bridging gaps in workplace culture. Andrea maintains a strong litigation practice, in matters ranging from single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims, to complex multi-plaintiff and systemic claims. She also has experience litigating whistleblower claims under a variety of statutes, both in court and before the US Department of Labor.
Prior to focusing on labor and employment matters, Andrea worked with Morgan Lewis’s energy team. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Andrea interned for Judge Emmet G. Sullivan of the US District Court for the District of Columbia and with the US Department of Justice.
