Andrew J. Barber defends large and small companies alike against discrimination, wrongful termination, breach of contract, wage and hour, and public accommodation actions. Andrew represents clients in both state and federal court proceedings. His litigation practice includes defending class action lawsuits as well as suits by single and multiple plaintiffs. He also advises employers on federal and state employment laws and guides them through the compliance process.
