Andrew Chin’s practice focuses on US international tax planning and controversies, with significant matters involving taxpayers in the technology industry. He also advises Asia-based US citizens on discrete tax planning matters. Andrew has experience advising general partners and limited partners on tax matters relating to fund formation and secondaries transactions in Asia. He has also worked with insurers offering reps and warranties insurance on Asia–Pacific (APAC) deals. He is on secondment to the Singapore office.
