Andrew White has a general corporate practice, with an emphasis on negotiating and documenting complex corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and equity investments. As a significant part of his practice, he represents both corporate and private equity buyers and sellers in a variety of merger and acquisition transactions. In addition, he assists several institutional growth equity and venture capital firms in their seed capital and early and late-stage financings, including control transactions, and has handled fund formation matters. Finally, Andrew has experience in sports transactions. He currently serves as the leader of the firm’s Boston corporate practice.
Andrew serves as counsel to emerging growth, middle-market and established companies, both public and private, in a variety of fields. His significant corporate clients include BMW of North America, including its investment affiliate BMW iVentures;Waters Corporation, a public life sciences company; and PaxVax, Inc., a private specialty vaccine pharmaceutical company. Significant equity capital clients include Equity Resource Investments; GE Capital Equity Group; Guggenheim Partners; Mediphase Venture Partners; Sandbridge Capital; Spring Lake Equity Partners; and Tudor Growth Equity.
Andrew once worked on Wall Street, serving as a managing director for Credit Suisse. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Andrew was a partner in the corporate practice group of another international law firm.
