Angela S. Gassner represents clients from the energy, life sciences, and retail and ecommerce sectors in complex business disputes involving product liability, mass torts, government enforcement, and environmental liability. She has handled key phases of civil litigation, including response to pleadings, discovery, pre-trial motions, and trial preparation. Angela also provides environmental regulatory counseling to clients from different industries and maintains an active pro bono practice advising clients on civil rights and immigration issues.

Extended Profile

Prior to law school, Angela worked for three years as a paralegal at a boutique law firm specializing in high-stakes commercial litigation. During law school, she served as an editor of the UC Irvine Law Review and the UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law. She has received accolades in courses related to business litigation and California motion practice, in addition to pro bono honors and awards.
