Anna Voremberg Ellement advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies, capital markets, debt and equity financings, and other general corporate matters.

Extended Profile

While in law school, Anna was an intern at the US Attorney’s Office, District of Massachusetts. Anna also worked as a student attorney in the Community Enterprise Clinic where she advised non-profits and small businesses on corporate governance and formation matters, and served as the special projects and notes editor at the Duke Journal of Gender Law & Policy.
