Anna K. Perocchi represents and counsels employers in a diverse range of labor and employment matters. Anna’s work includes claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), including single plaintiff and class action claims.

In addition to her labor and employment litigation work, Anna maintains an active pro bono practice.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Anna worked in the technology industry for five years at a Fortune 100 company.
While in law school, Anna was actively involved in recruitment, serving as a student ambassador. She was presented with the Leadership and Service Award at commencement for her efforts.
