Anna K. Perocchi

Anna K. Perocchi represents and counsels employers in a diverse range of labor and employment matters, including high-stakes single-plaintiff and class action wage-and-hour, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment litigation. Anna’s work includes claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and related state statutes, as well as other statutory and common law theories. Anna is admitted in Illinois only, and her practice supervised by Massachusetts Bar members.

Anna also handles internal investigations, advising employers on appropriate responses and remediation measures. Her clients operate in a wide group of industry sectors that include healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, insurance, transportation, and online retailing.

In addition to her litigation and investigation practice, Anna drafts, revises, and assists clients with employment policies and agreements, severance and separation packages, warning and discipline documentation, and workforce communications.

Anna is also actively engaged in several pro bono projects at the firm. She counsels non-profit organizations on employment issues and represents clients seeking asylum in the United States. In addition, she serves on the Associate Leadership Board for the National Immigrant Justice Center.

Anna received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she was actively involved in recruitment, serving as a student ambassador. She was presented with the Leadership and Service Award at commencement for her efforts. Anna received her B.A. in political science from Bryn Mawr College, where she was a member of the Varsity Tennis Team.
