Anna Tutundjian is a trial lawyer who handles complex, high-stakes disputes in state and federal courts and in arbitration. She brings experience in complex commercial litigation to her employment practice, having represented companies and individuals in high-stakes disputes involving class actions, antitrust, product liability, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. Anna draws on that experience to represent employers in sophisticated workplace disputes, including individual and class matters, and has tried cases before both juries and judges. She handles matters through all stages of litigation and arbitration, with a focus on developing and executing strategies for complex disputes and matters headed toward trial.

Anna represents employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, accommodation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. Her broader complex litigation experience is particularly valuable in matters involving extensive factual records, multiple parties or claims, significant potential exposure, or issues that require a coordinated litigation strategy. Anna also counsels employers on workplace matters and represents clients in internal investigations and government inquiries.

Anna has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Commercial Litigation (2024–2027). She was also part of a litigation team whose defense of an antitrust action was recognized by the Daily Journal as one of the “Top Verdicts” of 2022.

Anna previously served as a judicial extern to Judge Margaret Morrow of the US District Court for the Central District of California. She was also a legal intern at the US Attorney’s Office in the District of Massachusetts.
