Annie Gieseke focuses her practice on a wide variety of employment-related matters. Annie has experience defending employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in cases including claims of workplace discrimination and retaliation and breach of restrictive covenant agreements. Annie also advises employers and drafts various company policies, procedures, and agreements, including employment agreements, separation agreements, employee handbooks and policies, and restrictive covenant agreements.
While in law school, Annie served as articles editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review and as the Public Interest Fund auction chair for the Legal Aid Society. Before attending law school, Annie worked in marketing, corporate communications, advertising, and public relations in the media, travel and tourism, and real estate sectors.
