Anthony Birong represents employers in labor and employment matters, defending clients in complex class and representative actions as well as single-plaintiff cases against claims of wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, retaliation, and discrimination. Anthony is admitted to practice in California only, and his practice is supervised by DC Bar members.
Prior to law school, Anthony served on active duty in the US Navy as a Special Warfare Boat Operator (SWCC). In law school, Anthony served as a judicial extern for District Judge Otis D. Wright II in the Central District of California. Anthony also served as an extern and certified law student for the US Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California and the US Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Public Integrity Section (PIN).
