Ardie Ermac

Ardie Ermac is a commercial litigator with experience in complex commercial disputes, consumer protection litigation, mass arbitration, and bankruptcy law. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ardie was a commercial litigation associate at a national law firm and served as a judicial law clerk for Judge William J. Lafferty III of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California. Before law school, he worked as an investigator for the Public Defender Association of Snohomish County.
