Ashley D. Chilton defends and counsels employers on a wide range of employment-related issues. Ashley represents employers in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and complex collective and class action litigation, particularly defending management against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. She advises employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, along with employment-related aspects of corporate transactions.
