Ashley D. Chilton
Ashley D. Chilton provides strategic counseling on complex employment-related issues including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, accommodations, leaves of absence, culture issues, the enforceability of restrictive covenants, wage and hour matters, and employment policies. She advises employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, along with employment-related aspects of corporate transactions. In addition to her counseling and transactional practice, Ashley conducts internal investigations into allegations of workplace misconduct and issues impacting workplace culture. Ashley also represents employers in single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff litigation, particularly defending management against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims.
