Austin M. Falcon defends employers in US state and federal courts against a wide range of claims, including unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, and single and multi-plaintiff discrimination, as well as single plaintiff and collective action claims arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Austin uses his litigation experience to assist clients in navigating day-to-day employment matters by creating and implementing workplace policies and best practices as well as drafting employment agreements.
After law school, Austin served as a staff attorney for the Houston Housing Assistance Program through the University of Houston Law Center. During that time, Austin tried dozens of landlord-tenant matters before Justice of the Peace courts throughout Harris County, Texas. Austin continues to provide services to the community through his pro bono work.
