Ayah Housini
Ayah Housini represents companies in a broad range of employment matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She focuses her practice on employment disputes involving workplace discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, breaches of fiduciary duties, trade secret matters, and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) interference and retaliation. Ayah guides clients through all stages of a dispute, from pre-litigation strategy and assessment to final adjudication.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ayah worked in the labor and employment law practice at another global law firm. She also previously interned with the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the US Senate.
