Bart Quintans represents employers facing litigation in California, in US federal courts, before government agencies, and in private arbitration. Bart also provides preventive counseling and advice regarding laws and regulations in employment matters. His experience includes matters involving discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, employee mobility, pay equity, wage-and-hour violations, and various related statutory and regulatory issues.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Bart practiced in the employment law department of a multinational law firm in Los Angeles and served as a law clerk to Judge Diana Song Quiroga of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Before law school, he worked as a legal assistant in the litigation practice of a multinational law firm, primarily handling securities and trade secrets matters.
