Benjamin R. Enriquez III
Benjamin R. Enriquez III concentrates his practice on a broad range of corporate business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, capital markets and public companies, and general corporate governance matters.
While attending UCLA School of Law, Ben was a staff editor for the Asian Pacific American Law Journal and was an in-house legal intern for a start-up company serving the corporate meal benefits space.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ben was an operations associate for a global digital media agency where he reviewed commercial agreements for marketing and media campaigns for popular consumer brands. He also previously worked as a legal assistant, assisting with matters related to subrogation and personal injury.
