Benjamin L. Kurland represents US and international clients in a variety of transactional antitrust matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and governmental investigations. Benjamin works on premerger notification under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, international merger control, and regulatory investigations by the Federal Trade Commission and US Department of Justice. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Benjamin worked as an associate at another major law firm in Washington, DC.
