Brendan T. Killeen counsels and represents employers in all types of labor and employment law matters. In court and in administrative actions, Brendan litigates US federal claims under Title VII, the ADA, FMLA, Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), as well as claims falling under state and local human rights laws. Financial services organizations engage him for representation in arbitration matters before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Brendan litigates individual, class, and collective actions in court, and represents organizations in arbitration for claims involving wrongful termination, breach of contract, and U-5 defamation before FINRA. In addition to defending companies involved in litigation, Brendan counsels corporate clients on day-to-day employment law matters such as internal investigations of employee misconduct, hiring and discharge, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.
