Brendan Killeen primarily counsels and represents employers in the financial services, airline, and retail industries in federal, state, and local discrimination and wage and hour class and collective actions and individual plaintiff litigations. Brendan has a nationwide practice in which he focuses on managing large-scale, complex litigations that often challenge a company’s core business practices. Brendan’s practice also comprises a wide-range of employment litigation, as he handles single plaintiff litigation in court, arbitration, and at the administrative agency level.
