Blake Ackerman focuses his practice on financial services litigation, regulation, and enforcement. Blake represents clients in matters related to consumer financial services, including alleged violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Truth in Lending Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, unfair, deceptive, or abusive practices statutes, and other consumer protection statutes. Blake defends clients in class actions and against high-volume filers of individual consumer claims in federal and state trial and appellate courts and arbitrations across the United States.
