Benjamin David Novak represents emerging growth companies, as well as the private equity and venture capital funds that finance them. He advises clients on corporate matters such as entity formation, corporate governance, securities, equity financings, debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ben was an associate in the venture capital and technology practice of a prominent national law firm.
While attending the College of William & Mary Law School, Ben was the editor in chief and founder of the William & Mary Business Law Review. He also served as the president and founder of the William & Mary Business Law Society. Ben holds a B.S. in business administration.
