Bradley Dwyer

Brad Dwyer focuses his practice on complex civil litigation matters. Brad has represented public and private companies, educational institutions, and financial institutions in federal and state court, as well as in multidistrict litigation. He also has experience with both government and internal investigations, including False Claims Act and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Brad worked as an associate in the litigation and enforcement practice group of another international law firm. During law school, Brad interned for Judge Joseph F. Bianco of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge William G. Young of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
