Brendan H. Smith
Brendan Smith advises developers, investors, institutions, and property owners in connection with a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions. Brendan focuses his practice on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, leasing, and development of his clients’ projects across a full range of asset classes, including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, healthcare, and life sciences.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Brendan was a real estate associate in the Boston office of a national law firm. After law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kevin T. Smith of the Massachusetts Land Court, where he worked on cases involving real estate, land use, and the registration of title to real property.
A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Brendan’s continued commitment to service is reflected in his pro bono practice advocating for veterans and servicemembers.
