Brett J. Duffek is part of a team of litigators that represents businesses and individual clients in commercial and complex civil litigation, white collar and government investigations, and regulatory enforcement actions. Brett represents clients in civil litigation and businesses before the US Department of Justice and the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Brett maintains an active pro bono practice focused on representing individual clients.
While in law school, Brett served as senior notes editor of the Cornell International Law Journal and as a managing editor of the LII Supreme Court Bulletin. Brett also provided legal assistance through the Cornell Labor Law Clinic and interned for Judge Karen Schreier of the US District Court for the District of South Dakota.
