Brett Stephenson focuses his practice on various corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, and transactions in the energy industry. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Brett worked at another global law firm specializing in cross-border transactions and corporate reorganization. He advised numerous clients in the software and technology industry on internal reorganizations, integration of newly acquired entities, and assisted both buy-side and sell-side clients in carve-out transactions.
