Brianna Stammetti

Brianna focuses her practice on structured finance and securitizations, advising clients in matters involving a variety of financial assets. She represents a range of clients, including financial institutions, issuers, and underwriters. During law school, Brianna was a Business Law Scholar at Georgetown Law and interned for the American Psychological Association legal department.
