Brittney E. Wozniak

Brittney E. Wozniak counsels public companies on corporate governance matters, securities disclosure issues, annual meeting and proxy-related issues, New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq compliance issues, and reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. She represents public and private companies in a variety of corporate transactional matters, including US Securities and Exchange Commission–registered securities offerings, venture capital and startup equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Brittney was an associate in the Pittsburgh office of an international law firm, where she counseled clients on corporate, energy, and real estate matters, and handled autonomous vehicle permitting and regulatory compliance matters.
