Carlina Hagger
Carlina (Carly) Hagger represents sponsors, developers, lenders, and energy companies in connection with the financing, development, acquisition, and disposition of energy and infrastructure assets. Her practice includes matters involving project finance, tax equity transactions, note purchase agreements, and mergers and acquisitions across the energy sector.
Before law school, Carly worked for 10 years as an engineer at Shell, where she focused on project construction and development in both renewable and conventional energy assets. Her industry experience provides her with practical insight into the commercial, operational, and technical considerations underlying complex energy transactions.
Carly earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her B.S. in petroleum and natural gas engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
