Carly Rothman Siditsky

Her practice also encompasses disputes involving disability accommodations, return-to-work requirements, and remote work requests. Carly works closely with in-house counsel and human resources professionals to develop the factual record, evaluate legal and practical risks, and develop strategies for litigation and resolution.

Carly previously practiced appellate and complex commercial litigation at another national law firm, where she was a member of the firm’s Supreme Court and appellate team. Carly draws on her appellate background in complex motion practice and appeals, developing legal arguments based on complex factual records. Her practice includes dispositive motions and appeals, agency proceedings, mediation, and prelitigation disputes. She also conducts sensitive workplace investigations, leading witness interviews, assessing factual and legal risks, and advising clients on issues that may affect potential or ongoing litigation.

Before becoming a lawyer, Carly spent more than a decade in journalism, public policy, and strategic communications, including as a reporter, editor, and member of the editorial board of The Star-Ledger and in senior roles at nonprofit policy organizations. That experience shapes her approach to advocacy: identifying the facts that matter, developing a coherent narrative from a complex record, and communicating difficult issues clearly.

Carly serves as Vice Chair of the Princeton Office Pro Bono Committee and is a member of the Princeton Office Sustainability Working Group. She maintains an active pro bono practice, including advising nonprofit organizations on employment matters and assisting immigrants with adjustment-of-status applications.
