Caroline Corbally focuses her practice on project finance and the development of energy and infrastructure projects. Before joining Morgan Lewis, she was an associate at an international law firm, where she advised financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and public and private companies across a range of industries on finance transactions, including asset-based and cash flow financings, acquisition financings, and real estate financings.
