Cass Hastie represents clients in a wide range of civil and criminal matters, including Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and False Claims Act (FCA) litigation. Cass guides both individuals and corporations through complex business disputes, multi-district class action suits, government investigations, and discrimination claims. Cass maintains an active pro bono practice focused on education and civil rights matters.

Cass graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, Harvard Graduate School of Education, and Harvard College. While in law school, she served as a symposium editor for the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform and interned for Judge Ronnie Abrams in the Southern District of New York.
